Mission Statement: To educate and inspire Mennonite families and congregations and the broader community through promotion of the history, beliefs and lifestyle of the Mennonite expression of the Anabaptist tradition. Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; closed major holidays.
Spring 2008 Library Hours: In addition to regular hours, the library will be open until 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Jan. 23-May 7, 2008.

We’re turning 50 years old, and the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society invites you to join us at our Annual Banquet on Saturday, May 17 to celebrate.

- Music by the Millstream Quartet (barbershop) and the Mennonite Children’s Choir.
- Chocolate fountain hors d’oeuvres and home-cooked, catered meal begins at 6:15 pm in the spacious Lancaster Mennonite dining hall.
- Historical reflections by the always provocative, master story-teller John Ruth.
- Free door prizes, great food and fellowship.

Society Publishes Booklet, “Never Again: A Lesson on anger, violence & forgiveness”
The Society has written a Sunday school lesson for adults and teens to commemorate the one-year anniversary of Nickel Mines.
