Shipping charge is $4.00 for the first back issue and $1.00 for each additional back issue. A surcharge of $10.00 per order will be added to all international orders.

Pennsylvania residents add six percent sales tax to total cost of issues and postage/handling.

The cost for back issues is $10.00 per issue. Pre-owned, out-of-print issues will be supplied if no new copies are available. Photocopies will be supplied if no new or pre-owned issues are available.
